ABOUT ANZARA:
Anzara Clark is a Ballarat-based, multi-disciplinary artist whose work explores various paper, textiles, fibre, and recycled material manipulations, overlaid with textile process interventions. Conceptually and materially, she is interested in the transformative possibilities of damage and wounding, finding inspiration in discarded and damaged materials. Her work asks questions about value and sustainability, challenges assumptions about what has worth, and seeks to expose unexamined perspectives.
