How do I get to the Rare Trades Centre?
Car
The Rare Trades Centre is a comfortable 90-minute drive from Melbourne along the Western Highway.
Public Transport
Direct from Melbourne’s Southern Cross Station, hop on the V/Line train and arrive in less than 90 minutes at the historic Ballarat Railway Station in the centre of town. From here you can catch bus route 21. Plan your full journey with Public Transport Victoria.

To take a taxi to The Rare Trades Centre call 131 008.
Is parking available on site?
Yes, there is lots of free car parking available. On days when the Sovereign Hill living museum is particularly busy, car parking can be difficult after midday.
