Accessibility & Inclusion

Accessible parking is available in close proximity to the entrance of the building. The building entrance is via a ramp and all spaces are on one level with step-free access throughout. The building has accessible toilet facilities.

Individual workshop studios are all wheelchair accessible, however there may be some limitations in the use of specific tools, machines and equipment.

Be aware that some workshops can be very noisy, bright and busy environments. Classes held in the Metal Machine Room can get hot due to the use of fire.

The Centre for Rare Arts & Forgotten Trades is a safe place for everyone and welcomes people who have a desire to learn and are accepting and inclusive of other learners.

We celebrate all races, religions, genders, sexualities, ages and bodies and promote a safe and accepting space for all learners.

Let us know how we can best assist if you need to breastfeed or express.

Please email hello@raretradescentre.com.au and speak with us directly about your individual access or support needs.
